I’m a certified and licensed home inspector based out of Columbus, Ohio. I’d like to tell you how I differentiate myself, why I am a home inspector, and also to let you know the four things I offer for free to my referring agents.
First and foremost I am here to be a value to you and our shared clients and to truly make everyone’s life a little bit easier when it is inspection time. Clients have a choice in which home inspector they choose and you have a choice in which inspectors you refer. Grand View Property Inspections should be on your list because my background lends itself to be an amazing inspector.
Simply put:
- I treat others the way I wish to be treated… So I inspect every property as if I was moving in with my family.
- I have a sales background. I sold and serviced multi million dollar 401k plans. So I understand your sales needs. When we work together I can become an extension of your brand but I will be sure to “stay in my lane”.
- I also have a hospitality background. This skill set allows me to cater to our mutual clients needs and most importantly to effectively communicate with them and you through the inspection process. No alarms, just education and clear communication. That doesn’t mean I’m not thorough, because I am. I’m very good at what I do, and I take my ethical responsibility to my clients seriously. But I’m also a huge advocate for us inspectors to stay within our Standards of Practice and communicate appropriately.
I founded Grand View Property Inspections in 2020. Through word of mouth alone I have built a practice that has now allowed me to go full time and devote my full energy to this passion. Hence why I am now reaching out to you directly and looking to partner with like-minded real estate professionals. However as I grow you will always deal with me directly. I will always be your inspector so you know who and what to expect every time.
